A RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING DATE
FOR REZONING REQUEST OF HERBERT PUETZER

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of
the request of Herbert Puetzer to rezone the approximate
49 acres in the SWk of Section 9, more generally known
as the former Lazynski-Beck property from RS3 to RS3 Overlay
Planned Development, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Sec. 6.02 (4)(C) of the Muskego
Zoning Ordinance that upon receipt of the Plan Commission's
recommendation the Common Council shall cause a public hearing
to be held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date
for April 9, 1974, at 7:OO P.M. to consider the petition
of Herbert Puetzer to rezone approximately 49 acres in the
SWi of Section 9, more generally known as the former Lazynski-
Beck property from RS3 to RS3 Overlay Planned Development.
