APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF THREE NEW VOTING MACHINES
WHEREAS, the City Clerk had advised the Council at the time of
its preparation of the 1974 Budget that three additional automatic
voting machines were needed, and
WHEREAS, the Capital Budgeting Committee and the Finance Committee
recommended to the Common Council which concurred that the city
was in need of three additional voting machines at a cost of
$ 2,208.00 each, and
WHEREAS, this amount has been provided for in the 1974 capital
budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the purchase of three additional
automatic voting machines at a total cost of $ 6,624.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized to
execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
