RE-AFFIRMING THE PRESENT GUIDELINES FOR THE APPROVAL
OF NEW DEVELOPMENTS USING THE CITY'S SEWAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of November, 1971, Resolution #220-71
was adopted, and
WHEREAS, that resolution established guidelines for the
approval of new developments which will be using the city's
sewage facilities, and
WHEREAS, those guidelines were to be reviewed periodically
to determime their relationship to existing conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has determined that additional
time is needed before a determination can be made as to
whether or not those guidelines would affect the use of the
northeast sewage treatment plant and have further determined
that the remaining capacity of the northwest treatment plant
warrants the continuation of the guidelines established in
Resolution #220-71,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby re-affirm the guidelines established
by Resolution #220-71.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is directed
to review periodically not only the remaining capacity in
the city's sewer systems but also the feasibility of increasing
such capacity. ff -Tr
