AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLICE TO FILL THREE
VACANCIES AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT -e

WHEREAS, the Common Council, by the adoption of Resolution
1/14-74, has created a new personnel structure within the
Police Department, and
WHEREAS, as a result of that action there exists a vacancy
in the classification of Sergeant and two vacancies in the
classification of Police Officer 111, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended to the
Common Council that the Chief of Police be authorized to
fill these positions,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Chief of Police
to fill the present vacant position of Sergeant at a salary
of $12,430.00 per year and two Police Officers 111 at a
starting salary of $10,330.00.
BE IT mTRTHER RESOLVED that this authorization shall become
effective February 1, 1974. /7
