RESOLUTION REQUESTING A NEW PUBLIC HEARING FOR
PROPOSED ZONING DISTRICT MAP
WHEREAS, there is presently a proposed revision of the
zoning map of the city being considered, and
WHEREAS, there has been some opposition to several of
the proposed revisions presented at a public hearing,
and
WHEREAS, the Common Council would like to go on record
as urging its successors to consider holding another
public hearing,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby urge the Common Council in
office after April, 1974, to consider holding another
public hearing prior to their adopting any amendments
to the district zoning map. n
