e APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN JOHN A. STRAND
& ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Re: Dredging Project)

WHEREAS, the Watershed Commission of the City of Muskego
has recommended that the city enter into an agreement
with John A. Strand and Associates whereby they would
become consultants to aid the city in evaluating the
possibility of dredging projects for Big Muskego Lake
and Little Muskego Lake as well as the possibility of
receiving State and Federal Aids, and
WHEREAS, the Council adopted a resolution on December 11,
1973, authorizing the execution of such contract subject
to the approval of the City Attorney and the Council, and
WHEREAS, the proposed agreement has received approval of
the City Attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the agreement
between John A. Strand & Associates and the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the
