AUTHORIZING A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR ADDRESSOGRAPH AND GRAPHOTYPE BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MUSKEGO AND THE SLATER EQUIPMENT COMPANY
e WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a pro-
posed Preventive Maintenance Agreement between the City of
Muskego and the Slater Equipment Company for the city's
#1900 addressograph and the #6300 graphotype be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement between the
Maintenance Agreement for a #l900 addressograph and a #6300 City of Muskego and the Slater Equipment Company for a Preventive
graphotype at a cost not to exceed $200.00 per year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf of t e city. 3,
