CCR1974008APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BEmEN E. M. BOERKE, INC.
AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Re: Industrial Park)
WHEREAS, the Common Council has determined that it would
be in the best interest of the city to have a broker
handle the sales of the city's industrial park, and
WHEREAS, the proposed contract has been approved by the
City Attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the contract between
E. M. Boerke Company, Inc. and the City of Muskego
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are
authorized to execute the contract in the name of the
Mayor Jerome J. Gottfried
