(AS AMENDED)
ACCEPTING LOW QUOTE FOR ELECTRICAL WORK IN BASEMENT
OF NEW CITY HALL - LIBRARY
WHEREAS, quotations had been requested for electrical work to be
done in the new city hall - library, and
WHEREAS, the following quotations were received:
Scopp Electric Co. - Labor and material $355.00
Felton Electric Go. - Labor and material $280 .oo
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Finance Committee that
the low quotation of Felton Electric Go. in the amount of $280.00
be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low quotation of Felton Electric
Co. in the amount of $280.00 for electrical work to be done in
the basement of the city hall - library.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contract will be binding providing
said work is completed 60 days from the date of awarding of said
contract.
