INSTALLATION OF PARKING LOT LIGHTING
FOR CITY HALL - LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department had been authorized by the
Common Council to have plans and specifications prepared for
the lighting of the city hall-library parking lot and the advertis-
ing of bids for same, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Salter Electric Co. $ 6,058.00
Andrae Electric Co. $ 7,800.00

Deduct $900.00 for
spring work ($4 , 969.00)
Deduct $458 .OO for
spring work ($5,600.00)
Deduct $1,000.00 for
spring work (6,800.00)
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the installation
of parking lot lights be delayed until spring and that the low bid
of Scopp Electric Co. in the amount of $4,969.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Scopp Electric Co. in
the amount of $4,969.00 and that the work be completed in spring.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
