APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - SHAGBARK

*~ WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received a request for approval
of a preliminary plat known as Shagbark lying in the NWk of
Sec. 4 of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the City has received no objections from State agencies
to the proposed plat, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has approved the plat in respect
to design and layout as provided in Section 3.2 of the Land
Division Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the Common
Council approve the preliminary plat subject to the city receiving
an acceptable developer's agreement, acceptable deed restrictions
and resolution of the drainage problems as indicated by the con-
sulting engineers in their report dated September 21, 1973,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat of Shagbark subject to
the city receiving an acceptable developer's agreement, acceptable
deed restrictions and resolution of the drainage problems as
indicated by the consulting engineers in their report dated
September 21, 1973. n
