WHEREAS] the Common Council has received a request for

WHEREAS] the Plan Commission has recommended approval

WHEREAS] the city engineer has given his approval,

e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a certified survey
map covering a 2-parcel division lying in Section 29.
