AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN
JOHN STRAND AND ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
'dHEREAS, the Watershed Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the city enter into a contract with John
Strand & Associates whereby they would become consultants
for the proposed dredging project for Big Muskego Lake and
Little Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS, following a joint meeting of the Watershed Commission
and the Common Council with a representative from John
Strand & Associates it was thought to be in the best interest
of the city to hire them as consultants, and
'WHEREAS, monies have been provided for this purpose in the 1974 capital budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the execution of a
contract between John A. Strand & Associates and the City of Muskego by the Mayor and City Clerk after approval by
the City Attorney and. the Common Council.
