AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN
E. M. BOERKE AND CITY OF MUSKEG0

(Industrial Park) -
WHEREAS, the Common Council has expressed an interest into
engaging the services of E. M. Boerke, Inc. to act as
Muskego Industrial Park, and
brokers for the city for the purpose of disposing of the
WHEREAS, a letter from E. M. Boerke, Inc. establishes their
to be included in a contract,
recommendation accomplishing same as well as suggested items
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
CityofMuskego does hereby declare its intentions to enter into an agreement with E. M. Boerke whereby they
would become brokers for the city to aid in its efforts
to sell land in its industrial park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney and Mayor
are authorized to prepare the necessary contract and present
it to the Council for their approval at its natmeeting.
