RESOLUTION TO RETAIN THE PRESENT ZONING MAPS AND ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 F"
REJECTION OF PLAN COMMISSION PROPOSED CHANGES REGARDING
THE ABOVE.

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
concluded that the Zonin Maps and Zoning Ordinances
originally adopted in 19 % 3 are performing their function
of good planning for the present and future of the City
of Muskego.
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission proposed revisions of same,
and the Common Council held a Public Hearing on October 15, 1973 regarding the revisions.
WHEREAS, the citizens of Muskego in attendance at hearing
overwhelmingly expressed their opposition against such
Zoning Ordinance were functioning for the best interest
revisions, and expressed that the present Zoning Map and
of the City of Muskego and its citizens, and should be
retained to protect the property rights of the Citzens
and the future of Muskego.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby reject the proposed changes
of the Plan Commission regarding such changes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council will retain
its present Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance, modified only
for changes which are approved by the Common Council.
