AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN
ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL SERVICES AND THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 FOR THE YEAR 1974
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been under contract with
Associated Hospital Services to provide Blue Cross - Blue
Shield to employees fo the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the City of Muskego renew their present contract with Associated Hospital
Services, Inc. to cover employees for the year 1974.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the renewal of the
present contract .with Associated Hospital Services, Inc.
to provide Blue "ross - Blue "hieTd Insurance to employees
of the City of Muskego for the year 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
.authorized to execute the contract in the name of the City.
