MUSKEG0 SHORES SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
been petitioned for determination of the status for
Lot 1 Block 8, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial
of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recom-
mendation of the City Plan Commission, the request of
Lillie Rapp for legal status of Lot 1 Block 8, Muskego
Shores Subdivision.
