RESOLUTION 11197-73
ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR BACKHOEILOADER
WHEREAS, the 1973 Public Works Capital Budget provides for
the purchase of a new backhoe/loader, and
WHEREAS, bids for said equipment have been advertised for,
and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
0-C Equipment Co., Inc.
Milwaukee Ford Tractor, Inc.
Tractor Loader Sales, Inc.
Milwaukee Engine & Equip. Corp.
Case Power and Equipment
Mid-S ta tes Machinery

and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid of 0-C Equipment.Co., Inc. in the amount of $8,350.00
be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of 0-C Equipment Co.,
Inc. in the amount of $8,350.00 for a new backhoe/loader.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
