LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER CONNECTION
ACCEPTING THE
WHEREAS, the hbiic Sewer Committee had been authorzed to
advertise for bids for the installation of sewer connections
to residence buildings located at W145 56940 Brentwood (James
Brower) and S69 W14752 Cornell Dr. (Norman Paulson).
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Ed Zidar W145 S6940 Brentwood
Ed Zidar S69 W14752 Cornell
and
$ 600.00 600 .OO
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
low bid of Ed Zidar for the above connections in the amount
of $ 600.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Ed Zidar in the amount
of $ 600.00 each for the installation of sewer connections to
residence buildings located at W145 S6940 Brentwood Drive and '69 W14752 Cornell Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary contract in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this acceptance is predicated upon
the completion of the project within 30 days.
