APPRDVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - OLEINIK SUBDIVISION
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon
known as Oleinik Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Comon
Council approval of the preliminary plat subject to
approval from the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Environmental
Health,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat
known as Oleinik Subdivision in the Town of Vernon subject
to approval of the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Environmental
Hea 1 th.
