RESOLUTION TO WAIVE RESCUE FEES NOT COLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS, there are some claims pending for rescue service
rendered, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Treasurer that
these claims are not collectible, and
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has requested permission to
cancel said claims,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Treasurer
to cancel claims in the amount of $155.00 for rescue
service rendered which are deemed uncollectible.
