WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status for Lots 6, 7
& 8, Hillview Farm Plat Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommented denial of
the request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recormendation
of the City Plan Commission, the request of Paul Zeeb, Agent
for Frank J. Moritz, S71 W19122 Hillview Drive, for legal
status of Lots 6. 7 & 8. Hillview Farm Plat Subdivision.
