APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED - SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for
approval of a certified survey map by Steven Schuler
for lands lying in Section 32, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the certified survey map subject to review by the
city engineer, and
WHEREAS, the city engineer has given his approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified
survey map covering a two-parcel division of his property
on North Shore Drive in Section 32.
