AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $600.00
FOR A MOODY RATING
WHEREAS, our Financial Consultant, Mr. Seegar Swanson of Ehlers & Associ-
ates, has recomnended that the city obtaln a rating of municlpal bonds
from Moody Investor's Service, Inc., and
WHEFEAS, the cost of such a rating would amount to a sum of not more than
$600.00, and
WHEREAS, a rating above the "Baa" or a Waa-l" could save the city thou-
sands of dollars,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Councll of the City of Muskego
does hereby approve of a contract between the Clty of Muskego and Moody's
Investor's Service, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute the necessary documents in the name of the city subject to revlew
by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the money needed for this shall be taken from
the Contlngency Fund.
