RESOLUTION #173-73
INITIATING ACTION n> BOWW FUNDS
WHEREAS,:the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
is presently in need of funds to pay a part of the costs
of public projects:
$ 426,000.00 - City street construction
37,300.00 - Equipment
131,700.00 - Parks
145,000.00 - Storm sewer extensions
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to borrow said funds pursuant
to Section 67.12(12) , Wis. Stats. ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
1. This Cormon Council hereby evidences its intent
to authorize the issuance of $740,000 Promissory Notes to
finance said projects in accordance with the Notice of Sale
following this resolution and as determined at public sale.
2. The City Clerk shall cause copies of said Notice
and other pertinent data to be sent to interested bidders
and published as she may determine.
3. At its regular meeting to be held on November 13,
1973, the Cormon Council shall consider such bids as may
have been received and take action thereon.
