ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES AND RDADS IN
WILLOW WOOD SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the developers of Willow Wood Subdivision have requested
that the public utilities installed in the subdivision be accepted,
by the city, and
WHEREAS, there is a balance of #14,000.00 from the original bond
given to the city to assure proper construction, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has inspected the utilities
and the roads and find them to meet city standards and has
recommended that $9,000.00 of the remaining bond be released
and that $5,000.00 be retained to cover the costs of the final
lift of asphalt and inspection and engineering fees owed the
city in the amount of $1,830.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the public utilities, sewer and
roads, in the Willow Wood Subdivision and does authorize the
release of $9,000.00 of the $14,000.00 remaining of the bond
held by the city to the developer.
