AUTHORIZING RUEKERT 6 MIELKE To PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
FOR FORCED HOOKUP ON CORNELL DRIVE n - (Paulson)
WHEREAS, Mr. Norman Paulson, S69 W14752 Cornel1 Drive (Lot 2
Block A, Belmont Greens Subdivision, has requested that the
city make the necessary connection for his residence into
the city sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Comittee has recommended that
the hookup be placed out on bids and the charge be levied
against his real estate taxes,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the engineering firm
of Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the necessary plans and specif-
ications for the connection of Mr. Norman Paulson, S69 W14752
Cornell Drive (Lot 2 Block A, Belmont Greens Subdivision) into
the municipal sewer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is authorized
to accept the loweet,.bid in the name of the city and that the
Clerk and Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary doc-
ument in the name of the city.
