RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS, Mr. Carl Schumacher, 7100 W. Forest Home Ave. has
requested legal lot status for Lots 32 and 33, Kingston's-
on-Muskego Subdivision 81, and
WHEREAS, the above lots do not meet the requirements of
the RS-3 OED District, and
WHEREAS, Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee have recommended denial of this request because of the
existing high density of this lakeshore area, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has submitted this to the Council
without recommendation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request for legal lot
status for Lots 32 and 33 of Kingston's-on-Muskego Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this denial is based on the
recommendations of the Planning Consultant and Zoning Officer
who have expressed a concern of the existing high density
of this lakeshore area.
