APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME (Lakeview Hills Approval)

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission is reviewing the final plat of
Lakeview Hills Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has not received a final report
from the city's consulting engineers regarding roads, sewer,
drainage , etc . , and
WHEREAS, Section 18.23'f~) of the Subdivision Control Ordinance
requires a recommendation to the Council with bo-days unless
that time is extended by the Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has requested that the Council
grant them an extension of 30 days to review Lakeview Hills,
THEREFORE, BE IT RE88LVBD that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the request of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant a 30-day extension of time before a
recommendation on Lakeview Hills Subdivision is required.
