AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
FOR FORCED HOOKUP ON BRENTWOOD DRIVE

WHEREAS, Mr. James Brower, W145 S6940 Brentwood Drive, has
requested that the city make the necessary connection for
his residence into the city sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
hookup be placed out on bids and the charge be levied against
his real estate taxes,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the engineering firm of
Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the necessary plans and specif-
ications for the connection of the James Brower residence,
located at W145 S6940 Brentwood Drive, into the municipal
sewer sys tem.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Connnittee is authorized
to accept the lowest bid in the name of the city and that the
Clerk and Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary document
in the name of the city. /?
