a e WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for
approval of a certified survey map be Chester Harris for
lands lying in Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
and certified survey map subject to review of the city engineers,
WHEREAS, the city engineer has given his approval,
THEREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Gouncil of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a certified survey map covering a 1-parcel division of his property on Westwood
Drive in Section 9. n
