ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC UTILITIES AND ROADS IN
WOODHILL SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, Attorney Paul Burbach, representing the developers of
Woodhill Subdivision, has requested that the public utilities
installed in that subdivision be accepted by the city, and
WHEREAS, there is a balance of $5,000.00 from the original
bond given to the city to assure proper construction, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has inspected the utilities
and find them to meet city standards and has recommended that
$4,500.00 of the $5,000;00 bond be released and that the $500.00
be retained until there is assurance that adequate ground cover
has been established and have further recommended that the city
accept the public utilities,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the public utilities, sewer and
roads in Woodhill Subdivision and does authorize. the release of
$4,500.00 of the $5,000.00 bond to the developer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this release is subject to the city.
receiving a check in the amount of $1,148 .OO from the developers
to cover the costs of inspection and engineering fees.
