ACCEPTANCE OF KELLY DRIVE AS A PUBLIC STREET
WHEREAS, the Muskego Town Board had previously accepted Kelly
Drive subject to the conditions that it be brought up to
town standards, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kelly has executed a quit claim deed to the
former Town of Muskego for the road and has paid the city
$1300.00 to cover the cost of needed gravel and sealcoating,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Conunittee has recommended that the
city now officially accept the road as a public right-of-way,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept Kelly Drive as a public right-of-
way.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that the land covered by this dedication
is that portion of the land described on the quit claim deed
executed by Mr. Joseph Kelly and given to the former Town of
Muskeeo.
