REQUESTING WAUKESHA COUNTY BOARD 'IU REDUCE
SPEED LIMIT ON RACINE AVE. SOUTH
OF S.T.H. 24
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended that
the Council request the Waukesha County Board of Super-
visors to reduce the speed limit on Racine Ave. from
S.T.H. 24 to its north intersection with Parker Drive
from 65 mph to 50 mph,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby request the Waukesha County
Board of Supervisors to consider the reduction of the
speed limik on Racine Avenue from S.T.H. 24 south to its
north intersection with Parker Drive from 65 mph to 50 mph.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall
be sent to Waukesha County Board Supervisors Morton Smith
and Elwood Albers .-,
