APPROVAL OF LEASE OF CITY4WNED LAND WITH
JOSEPH VESBACH
WHEREAS, the Flnance Comnltte, upon the dltwtion of the Onmnon Cquncll,
has offered for lease a 25 acre parcel of land (former Bluhm farm) and a
33 acre parcel of land (former Scholbe farm), and
WHEREAS, the Flnance Comnlttee has received the followlng offers:
Joe Vesoach - 15393 W. Grange Ave., New Berlln - $15.60 per Acde
Harold Dlekfuss - S69 W15402 Janasvllle Rd., Muskego - S15.M) per Acre
THEREFORE, BE IT =SOLVED that the Comn Councll of the Clty of hskego,
offer of Joseph Vesbach to lease two parcels of land from the clty I25
upon the recomnendatlon of the Flnance Cmittee, does hereby accept the
acre parcel of former Bluhm farm and a 33 acre parcel former Scholbe farm)
at a rate of $15.60 per acre.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorlzed to execute
a one-year lease wlth the ldentlcal provlslons of tne former lease at
$15.60 per acre.
