RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR STATE SAND AM) GRAVEL
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Co. has requested a renewal of Conditionat
Use Grant #37 for an Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comnlssion, after public hearing, has recornended that
the permit be granted, and
WHEREAS, the city has on file a restoration bond In the amount of $75,000.00,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comnission in making their recomnendation conditioned It
upon the cleaning of a drainage ditch on the Ervin Kablitz property which
had apparently been filled In by erosion from surface water pumped from the
the gravel pit,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the Clty of hskego
does hereby confirm the recomnendatlon of the Plan Comnission and approves
of the renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 for an Extractive Permit for
State Sand and Gravel, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thls approval Is given with the understanding
that a drainage ditch on the Ervin Kablltz property which has apparently
been filled in by erosion due to the pumping of surface water from the
gravel pit be reopened.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thls approval Is given with the understanding
that truck loading operations at State Sand and Gravel Compnay be limited
to the hours from 7:OO A.M. to 7:OO P.M.
