DIRECTING *E CITY ATIORNEY TO TAKE TKE
NECESSARY A€TION To ASSURE RESTORATION OF
THE FORMER GRAVEL PIT OWNED BY GRAVEL, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has over the past several years
granted an Excavation Permit to Gravel, Inc., and
WHEREAS, that permit was granted with the understanding
that the gravel pit would be restored in accordance with a
plan presently on file with the city, and
WHEREAS, the city has on file a bond from Fidelity and
Deposit Co. of Maryland to assure that restoration, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Welfare Comittee
that the Council direct the City Attorney to begin the
necessary action against Gravel, Inc. to assure the restor-
ation of the gravel pit formerly owned by them.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Welfare
Committee, does hereby direct the City Attorney to begin
the necessary action against Gravel, Inc. to assure the
completion of the restoration plan presently on file with
the city.
