VACATING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON FRED WENDT PROPERTY
WHEREAS, in a design of sewers in the "G" District a sewer
line was provided to the Fred Wendt property at the end of
what is known as Berger Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee, upon the request of Mr. Fred
Wendt, removed the sewers which were planned for the Fred
Wendt property, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to vacate the special assessment
levied against Mr. Fred Wendt (Assessment 11G746) in the
amount of $4,128.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby vacate the sewer assessment
against the Fred Wendt property (Assessment 1lGG746) in the
amount of $4,128.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized
to reimburse the county for monies previously received
from them in order to remove the delinquency against the
Fred Wendt
