APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - THE RIDGES
WHEREAS, a request for approval of a preliminary plat of
The Ridges Subdivision was referred back to Plan Commission
for further review, and
WHEREAS, a revised preliminary plat for The Ridges has
been approved by the Plan Cormnission, and
WHEREAS, the revised plat has fulfilled all requirements
of the Subdivision Control Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the recommendation for approval by the Plan
Commission was subject to the condition that prior to
the approval of the final plat an acceptable developers
agreement will be executed and also that outlot #l shall
be dedicated to the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat of
The Ridges.
BE IT EWRTHER RESOLVED that this approval is given with
the understanding that prior to the submittal of the final
plat a developers agreement acceptable to the Plan Commission
and Council will be executed and further that outlot 111
shall be dedicated to the city.
