APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - THE RIDGES
a WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received a request for approval of a
preliminary plat known as The Ridges lying in the SEk of Sec. 6 of
the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the plat
subject to the following:
a
1. That a 60' right-of-way by ownership be granted to the
balance of the Grober property.
2. That approval is subject to a city drainage report from
the consulting engineers.
3. That percolation tests be provided on those lots which have
not been tested.
4. That the proposed names for the roads within the subdivision
be changed to meet the approval of the Building Inspector.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby
approve the preliminary plat of the subdivision known as The Ridges.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the following:
1. That a 60' right-of-way by ownership be granted to the
balance of the Grober property.
2. That approval is subject to a city drainage report from
the consulting engineers.
3. That percolation tests be provided on those lots which
have not been tested.
4. That the proposed names for the roads within the subdivision
be changed to meet the approval of the Building Inspector.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the developers
conforming to the requirement of Section 4.0, entitled, Preliminary Plat,
of the recently adopted Land Division Ordinance of the City of Muskego.
