APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT - SUNSET FARMS
(Town~.of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon
known as Sunset Farms, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has noted that because of
affect on the city's traffic pattern nor will the city be
its distance from the City of Muskego there is no immediate
affected by the subdivision storm water drainage and there-
fore have recommended to the Common Council approval of
the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
known as Sunset Farms in the Town of Vernon.
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat
