APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - KURTHWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for approval
of a final plat for the subdivision known as Kurthwood, and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision has received approval from
the Plan Commission of the preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
final plat subject to the following:
1. That there are no objections from the state and
county agencies.
2. That a financial guarantee is filed with the city
to cover the cost of all improvements.
and
WHEREAS, the city has received the financial guarantee and has
received no notice of objection from state and county agencies,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat of Kurthwood
Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the design and grade of the concrete
invert to be constructed between Kurthwood Subdivision and
Durham Meadows Subdivision must be approved by the city's con-
sulting engineers.
