CCR1973140RESOLUTION #140-73 DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 WHEREAS, Jack Radtke has petitioned that the following described lands be rezoned from RS-2 (Surburban Residence) to RSA (Attached Single Family Residence) with an Overlay for Planned Development:. The South 10 acres of the W1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 12, T5N, R20E. City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin; Wm. G. Verhalen and Katherine Verhalen to land formerly owned subject to a right-of-way for road purposes as traveled by by them. Also all that part of the SE1/4 of Section 12, T5N, RZOE, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, described as follows to wit: Commencing at the E1/4 corner of the said section and thence South 89000' West on East and West 1/4 South 1003.5' East on North and South 1/4 line 891.0 feet line, 2673.72 feet to the center of said section; thence to a point that is distant North 1'03.5' West 50.5 feet from the center line of the McShane Road; thence South 77O30' East 1368.18 feet to the 1/8th line of the said 1/4 section; thence South on said 1/8th line 60.70 feet to the center line of the McShane Road aforesaid; thence South 79'45' East on said center line 90.20 feet to angle point; thence North 87'24' East on the said center line 1233.50 feet to the East line of said 1/4 section; thence north on section line 1254.14 feet to the point of commencement containing 72.51 acres of land more or less. WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended said rezoning THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft described lands from RS-2 (Surburban Residence) to RSA the necessary implementing ordinance to rezone the above (Attached Single Family Residence) with an Overlay for Planned Development. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it would be the intention of the Council to withhold final action until satisfactory developer's agreement has been negotiated between the City and the owners of the Lake development.
