RESOLUTION REGARDING FEDERAL REVENUE SHARE
ACTUAL USE REPORT
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has received under the Federal
Revenue Share Act the sum of $58,218.00, and
WHEREAS, the initial report to the federal government
indicated that the monies received under this act would
be used in capital improvement projects, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Common Council to verify
that the monies have either been used or are committed
for capital budget projects,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby verify that the sum of $58,218.00
received as the city's share under the Federal Revenue Share
Act has been expended either actually or by commitment for
the purpose of capital
