DENIAL OF CLAIM FOR MICHAEL McKINNEY
WHEREAS, H. Lewis McKinney, representing his son, Michael McKinney,
has filed a claim against the City of Muskego in excess of $75,000.00
as a result of injuries suffered from a boating accident, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the city's insurance carrier
have recommended denial of this claim,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the claim of Michael McKinney, a
minor being represented by his father, Mr. H. Lewis McKinney,
in an amount in excess of $75,000.00.
