ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF
CONCRETE INVERTS
(Fountainwood Subdivision)
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the installation of
approximately 1500 feet of concrete inverts between
Saroyan Road and Longfellow Lane in the Fountainwood
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Michels Pipeline Construction, Inc. $ 32,961.25
Linnan Construction & Engineering Co. 20,373.75
Ralo Construction, Inc. 37,655.00
W. S. Burkhardt 29,096.25
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low bid of Linnan Construction & Engineering Co. in the amount
of $20,373.75 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, accept the low bid of Linnan Construction &
Engineering Company in the amount of $20,373.75 for the instal-
lation of concrete inverts in the Fountainwood Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the city.
