A RESOLUTION To AMEND RESOLUTION #34-73
AS AMENDED (Re: Salaries)
WHEREAS the hours during which the city hall is open to serve the
public have been established as 8:00 A.M. to 5:OO P.M. with an
hour for lunch Monday through Friday, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the salary resolution to provide
additional remuneration to those employees not covered by the
recently approved contract between the city and the Wisconsin Council
of County and Municipal Employee’s, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has further recommended that Mrs. Jean
Sanders receive a salary of $3.14 per hour when she works for the
City Assessor, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recmended that the necessary
adjustments be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby amend Resolution #34-73, which was adopted on
a basis of 374 hours so that the salaries will reflect the new
40-hour work week.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary of Mrs. Jean Sanders shall be
$3.14 per hour when she is working for the City Assessor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution does not cover elected
officials and the Building Inspector and Zoning Coordinator.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution
shall be August 1, 1973.
