INDICATING THE CITY'S INTENT TO PERMIT CONNECTION
INTU ITS MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM

WHEREAS Mr. Ken Wescot has received approval of his
preliminary plat for Kurthwood Subdivision from the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Comittee has recommended to
the Council that this subdivision be permitted to connect
into the municipal sewer system subject to the 65%
limitation as established by the Council in Resolution
#220-71,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the request
by Mr. Ken Wescot for permission to use the municipal
sewer system for Kurthwood Subdivision.
BE IT FIJRTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the limitation of 65% development of the proposed sub-
division.
