APPROVAL OF REWCATION OF A PORTION OF
DURHAM DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Highway Cormnission is
planning a major reconstruction of C.T.H. "OO", and
WHEREAS, as a part of that project it is proposed to
relocate a portion of Durham Drive from Priegel Drive
southeasterly to C.T.H. "OO", and
WHEREAS, the Plan Cmission and the Public Works
Cmittee have recmended approval of the relocation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the relocation
of that portion of Durham Drive from Priegel Drive
southeasterly to the present Highway "00".
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the city.
