ACCEPTANCE OF LOW QUOTATION FOR FUEL STORAGE
TANKS AND PUMPS AT NEW CITY GARAGE
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department wishes to install two
10,900 gallon storage tanks and two high capacity pmps
at the new municipal garage, and
WHEREAS , a written quotation in the amount of $8,105.90
has been received from Badger Oil Equipment Co., and
WHEREAS, an oral quotation was also received from Wilkinson
h Capstran which was higher than that of Badger Oil Equipment,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
low quote of Badger Oil Equipment be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works
Committee to purchase two 10,000 gallon underground storage
tanks as well as two high capacity pmps to be installed
at the new city garage at a cost of $8,105.90.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute
the necessary documents in t e name of the city. P,
